The Florida climate is mild in winter and hot in summer, captivating many visitors to its shores. Jackson Florida is the biggest town in the state and is a nice place to live, offering culture and history together with its commercial concern. One of the most well liked areas is thought of as Jacksonville Beaches, a district comprising of many cities and communities. It’s the place to go for nightlife and shopping and has many bars, eateries and stores. The town boasts many renowned yearly events that serve to raise the local economy. The Jazz Holiday in April is the second biggest of its kind in the U. S. The Spring Music Holiday is a free concert and Planetfest is a fave with rock fans.

Springing the Blues is a free outdoors holiday for blues fans, arranged at Jacksonville Beach. 4th July is celebrated in style in Jacksonville Florida at the Liberty , Fanfare and Fireworks event.

The fireworks displays are among the biggest in the country. World flora and fauna is on view at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens. There’s also a bird house, reptile homes and a collection of animals from the Australian outback, including kangaroos. The zoo also displays animals local to the Jacksonville Florida area, for example the impressive alligator, black bear and red wolves.

Museums also play a vital part of cultural life in the town. The Museum of Latest Art has lately re-located and expanded its collection to just about eight hundred displays. The permanent collection is bolstered by regular visiting exhibitions. It also has a Planetarium that is hip with visitors.

The Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra has its base at the Times-Union Center for Performing humanities and the Alhambra Dinner Theatre offers a meal and a stage performance.
